All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Marla Cielo on or by this website or otherwise disclosed or submitted in connection with your use of this website shall be and remain Marla Cielo property.

WEBSITE RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY

* If you are not completely satisfied with your Marla Cielo online purchase, you may either send it back to us for an exchange or for a refund.
* Returns must be sent within 21 days of the original shipping date and should be sent prepaid.
* All merchandise returned must be unworn and with the price tags intact.
* We require packing slips for all returns.
* We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier. We are not responsible for missing packages.
* Original packaging must be intact when returning an item.
* Exchanges and Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise. You will receive a confirmation by email when your exchanges or refund is fully processed.
* We will not be able to process your exchange without having your original order back to us. If merchandise is not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed in full.
* We will refund the credit card you use for the original purchase for the purchase price of the merchandise and will exclude shipping cost. Shipping costs will only be refunded when the return is a result of our error or damaged merchandise. You must include receipt for shipping with return.
* If merchandise is damaged on the way, please contact us by email before sending it back to us.
* Marla Cielo has the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
